Scott McCollum
President
Scott McCollum is Chairman and President
of BillingTree.
Scott joined BillingTree in 2007. As President he oversees the
strategic direction of the Phoenix-based payment processing
company. He is active in the day-to-day operations of the company
and provides oversight on the company's initiatives. His primary
focus includes extending the company's reach and client base
through sales direction and relationship management as well as
corporate strategy development.
Prior to joining BillingTree, Scott served as President of Sales
and Marketing for Access Corporation where he successfully
developed and implemented overall sales and marketing strategy.
While at Access, Scott also sat on the board of directors. Scott
has served on the ACA vendor advisory committee and has been
involved in developing strategic integration partnerships with most
major accounts receivable related companies for the past 10
years.
Scott graduated from Pepperdine University in 1984 with a B.A.
in Organizational Communication. In 1991 Scott finished his M.B.A.
from Business School Lausanne in Lausanne, Switzerland.
On a personal note, Scott has two beautiful daughters. He had
played 10 years of professional basketball in Sweden, France and
Switzerland. He speaks French and Italian, loves to travel, hike
and is an avid golfer.
Randy Phelps
COO
Randy maintains an impressive track
record of more than 15 years of hands-on experience in strategic
planning, business unit development, project and product management
and turnaround strategic planning. He has a proven ability to
successfully analyze an organization's critical business
requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities,
develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing
competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer
service offerings.
Both as a fulltime employee and a successful consulting
entrepreneur, Randy's experience spans many industries including
financial services, collections, telecom, healthcare, utilities,
security and business services.
Chad Probst
Sales
Chad has been a consultative sales
professional for the past 14 years working within the
transportation, software, and payment processing markets. He
started with BillingTree in 2003 and rejoined the company in 2007.
He was promoted to Director of Sales in 2009 and is responsible for
the sales and top-line revenue.
Dave Yohe
Corporate Marketing
With over 20 years experience in marketing and
advertising, Dave Yohe heads up BillingTree's corporate marketing
team. Responsibilities include Marketing, Lead Generation,
Advertising, Tradeshows, Public Relations, Marcom, and Branding.
Additional focus is spent on Analyst Relations and New Market
Penetration.
Dave joined BillingTree in February 2010 after a multi-year stint
with online fraud detection and prevention leader 41st Parameter.
Dave has also successfully led marketing teams for Infusionsoft and
JDA Software, racking up over 10 years of Software Technology
marketing prowess within the Financial Services, Retail, e-commerce
and CRM verticals.
Leonard Brabson
Operations
Leonard Brabson is BillingTree 's VP of
Operations and an 18 year payments industry veteran. He's held
his current position since 2008 and prior to joining BillingTree
held a similar role as VP of Operations at a large check
re-presentment technology firm. Additionally, Leonard has multiple
years experience in the Accounts Receivable Industry and also
served as a credit card processing ISO earlier in his
career.
Jason
Robago
Strategic Alliances
Jason Rabago started working with BillingTree in April of 2009.
Jason Brings 8 years of experience to BillingTree working in 3rd
party and 1st party collections. Jason got his start as a collector
in 1st party working his way through the ranks holding titles such
as Sr. Dialer Administrator, Collections Manager and Director of
Operations. Jason was responsible for all aspects of the call
center including dialer functions/reporting, legal, revenue and
much more.
Frank Helstab
Corporate Development
Frank Helstab's role focuses on expanding the company's
third-party marketing relationships. Prior to joining BillingTree,
Frank held the role of Managing Director for the Institute of
Corporate Planning & Finance. His experience includes serving
as a professional lecturer and seminar leader since 1979, having
spoken to top and middle management professionals in the Fortune
1000 companies. He has appeared as a guest speaker on financial
network television programs, acted as a professional authority on
radio talk shows, and has spoken to thousands of entrepreneurs on
the topics of mergers/acquisitions, and maximizing corporate
value.
