David Roberts
President & CEO
David Roberts is President & CEO of BillingTree.
David joined BillingTree in 2012 bringing over 25 years of
executive leadership experience. As President & CEO he
oversees the strategic direction of BillingTree, is active in the
day-to-day operations of the company and provides oversight on key
initiatives. His primary focus includes extending the company's
reach and client base through sales direction and relationship
management as well as corporate strategy development.
Prior to joining BillingTree, David was the President & CEO
of Equity Methods, a provider of industry leading software and
services related to the valuation and expensing of share based
awards. Equity Methods was acquired by Merrill Lynch in August 2006
where he remained as a Managing Director with Bank of America
Merrill Lynch, leading the Equity Plan Services business.
There he focused on providing a full suite of employee stock plan
administration services to multi-national companies.
David was also a founder of Acquity Group, a management and
technology consulting firm in Chicago, IL that helped companies
establish leading brands, new products and growth strategies and
worked with financial service titans including American Express, JP
Morgan Chase, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate
School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategy, has
lectured at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business
and the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is an
Adjunct Professor at the W.P. Carey Graduate School of Business at
Arizona State University.
Liz Caracciolo
Corporate Development

Liz joined BillingTree in August 2012 bringing 20 years
experience in a variety of business development and customer facing
roles. As Vice President of Corporate Development, she is
responsible for extending and augmenting the company's partnership
and strategic alliances program.
Prior to joining BillingTree, she worked as the Director of New
Product & Service Development at Bank of America Merrill
Lynch's Equity Plan Business. She was previously the Director
of Marketing and Client Services at Equity Methods, where she was
responsible for leading and developing the company's key business
partnerships to optimize growth, including companies such as
Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab and the Bank of New York/Mellon.
She holds an MBA from Emory University with concentrations in
both Marketing and Finance and a B.S. in Business Management and
Marketing from Cornell University. In addition, Liz also
co-authored a case study published in "Customer Equity: Building
and Managing Customer Relationships as Valuable Assets (2001)"
Harvard Business Press.
Richard Knowles
Finance
Richard Knowles
has been serving BillingTree as the company Controller and
effective August 2012 as Vice President of Finance. His
primary responsibility is managing the company's budgeting and
financial reporting.
Prior to joining BillingTree, Richard spent time in the finance
departments at a number of multi-billion dollar companies including
Safeway and KB Homes. He is a CPA, holds a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix and received a degree
in Psychology from Purdue University.
Chad Probst
Sales
Chad has been a consultative sales
professional for the past 14 years working within the
transportation, software, and payment processing markets. He
started with BillingTree in 2003 and rejoined the company in 2007.
He was promoted to Director of Sales in 2009 and is responsible for
the sales and top-line revenue.
Prior to rejoining BillingTree Chad led sales initiatives as
Senior National Account Manager for Webex, an entity of
Cisco.
He received a Bachelor of Science from Millikin University.
Matt Llewellyn
Business Development
Matt Llewellyn joined BillingTree in
2012 bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare and IT. As
Vice President of business development, Matt is responsible
for building on the existing success within the vertical and
to identify and implement new partner integrations from within
the target markets.
Prior to joining BillingTree Matt held senior leadership roles
at multiple organizations including TVP, Channel Strategies for
RelayHealth, CEO for HRS Erase, VP of Hospital Sales, Western
Region, for NDCHealth, to reference a few.
He received his MBA from Saint Louis University and a BS in
Engineering
Management from University of Missouri-Rolla.
Dave Yohe
Corporate Marketing
With over 23 years experience in marketing and
advertising, Dave Yohe heads up BillingTree's corporate marketing
team. Responsibilities include Marketing, Lead Generation,
Advertising, Tradeshows, Public Relations, Marcom, and Branding.
Additional focus is spent on Analyst Relations and New Market
Penetration.
Dave joined BillingTree in February 2010 after a
multi-year leadership role with online fraud detection
and prevention firm the 41st Parameter. Dave has also
successfully led marketing teams for Infusionsoft and JDA Software,
gaining over 13 years of Software Technology
marketing experience within the Financial Services, Retail,
e-commerce and CRM verticals.
He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Arizona.
Leonard Brabson
Operations
Leonard Brabson is BillingTree 's VP of
Operations and an 18 year payments industry veteran. He's held
his current position since 2008 and prior to joining BillingTree
held a similar role as VP of Operations at a large check
re-presentment technology firm. Additionally, Leonard has multiple
years experience in the Accounts Receivable Industry and also
served as a credit card processing ISO earlier in his
career.
Marya Ulis
Strategic Alliances
As BillingTree's Director of Strategic
Alliances, Marya manages the relationships and go-to-market
activities with the firm's strategic partners. Marya brings
over 20 years of experience in business and financial
software marketing, sales and partnerships.
Prior to BillingTree, Marya held positions at ImageTag,
FiREapps, Equity Methods (a division of Merrill Lynch), J.D.
Edwards (now part of Oracle), and Bankers Trust Company leading
partner management, marketing, sales channel relationships, product
direction, and strategic growth.
Marya earned a B.A. Cum Laude from Bryn Mawr College.
Melissa Kirk
Technology
Melissa joined BillingTree in 2012 as
Vice President of Technology. Melissa brings over 13 years
experience in systems and software development, project management,
audit and compliance. Melissa currently manages all business
technology, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area
networking, desktop support, information security, disaster
recovery planning, compliance and software development
functions.
Melissa previously served as Vice President of Technology for
Equity Analytics LLC (a subsidiary of Bank of America Corp.) and as
Manager, Product Development at Gradient Analytics, Inc.
Melissa received her BIS Degree from Arizona State
University.
Chris Gonzales
Product Management
Chris Gonzales is BillingTree's Director
of Product Marketing and is responsible for the development and
execution of the product portfolio growth strategy.
Prior to BillingTree, Chris served as the global Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for MedAire, an integrated medical and
security services provider. Chris was responsible for
global sales, channel and marketing strategies, including the
development of new products and services for the aviation and
maritime markets. Previously, Chris served as a Product
Portfolio Leader at Johns Manville, a building materials
manufacturer, and as a Strategic and Product Marketing Manager at
Honeywell Aerospace.
Chris has a degree in finance from Arizona State University and
an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of
Management.
