Liz joined BillingTree in August 2012 bringing 20 years of
experience in a variety of business development and customer facing
roles. As Vice President of Corporate Development, she is
responsible for identifying and executing growth initiatives
including new products and services, new markets and partnerships
and for setting the corporate growth and partnership strategy.
Prior to joining BillingTree, she worked as the Director of New
Product & Service Development at Bank of America Merrill
Lynch's Equity Plan Business. She was previously the Director
of Marketing and Client Services at Equity Methods, where she was
responsible for leading and developing the company's key business
partnerships to optimize growth, including companies such as
Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab and the Bank of New York/Mellon.
She holds an MBA from Emory University with concentrations in
both Marketing and Finance and a B.S. in Business Management and
Marketing from Cornell University. In addition, Liz also
co-authored a case study published in "Customer Equity: Building
and Managing Customer Relationships as Valuable Assets (2001)"
Harvard Business Press.

Chad has been a consultative sales
professional for the past 14 years working within the
transportation, software, and payment processing markets. He
started with BillingTree in 2003 and rejoined the company in 2007.
He is currently the VP of Sales and is responsible for
the sales and top-line revenue.
Prior to rejoining BillingTree Chad led sales initiatives as
Senior National Account Manager for Webex, an entity of

With over 24 years experience in marketing and
advertising, Dave Yohe heads up BillingTree's corporate marketing
team. Responsibilities include Marketing, Lead Generation,
Advertising, Tradeshows, Public Relations, Marcom, and Branding.
Additional focus is spent on Analyst Relations and New Market
Dave joined BillingTree in February 2010 after a
multi-year leadership role with online fraud detection
and prevention firm the 41st Parameter. Dave has also
successfully led marketing teams for Infusionsoft and JDA Software,
gaining over 13 years of Software Technology
marketing experience within the Financial Services, Retail,
e-commerce and CRM verticals.

Alliances, Marya manages the relationships and go-to-market
activities with the firm's strategic partners. Marya brings
over 20 years of experience in business and financial
software marketing, sales and partnerships.
Prior to BillingTree, Marya held positions at ImageTag,
FiREapps, Equity Methods (a division of Merrill Lynch), J.D.
Edwards (now part of Oracle), and Bankers Trust Company leading
partner management, marketing, sales channel relationships, product
direction, and strategic growth.
Marya earned a B.A. Cum Laude from Bryn Mawr College.
Melissa joined BillingTree in 2012 as
Vice President of Technology. Melissa brings over 13 years
experience in systems and software development, project management,
audit and compliance. Melissa currently manages all business
technology, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area
networking, desktop support, information security, disaster
recovery planning, compliance and software development

Equity Analytics LLC (a subsidiary of Bank of America Corp.) and as
Manager, Product Development at Gradient Analytics, Inc.

firm's product partners. Joseph brings over 20 years of experience

Joseph earned a Business Management and Information Services
degree from University of Phoenix.
As BillingTree's Director of
Product Development, Bill oversees the company's IP including
deliverirng enhancements and developing new technology products for
the firm. Bill brings over 10 years of experience in software
development and the payments industry.
Prior to BillingTree, Bill held various software development
positions for companies including Intel, Perficient, Heartland
Payment Systems, amazon and more.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
