Scott McCollum
President

Scott McCollum

Scott joined BillingTree as President in 2007. Scott is active in the day-to-day operations of the company. His primary responsibilities include extending the company's reach and client base through sales direction and relationship management as well as corporate strategy development.

Prior to joining BillingTree, Scott served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Access Corporation where he was responsible for developing and implementing overall sales and marketing strategy. While at Access, Scott also sat on the board of directors. Scott has served on the ACA vendor advisory committee and has been involved in developing strategic integration partnerships with most major collection related companies for the past 10
years.

Randy Phelps
COO

Scott McCollum

Randy maintains an impressive track record of more than 15 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management and turnaround strategic planning. He has a proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

Both as a fulltime employee and a successful consulting entrepreneur, Randy's experience spans many industries including financial services, collections, Telecom, healthcare, utilities, security and business services.

Chad Probst
Sales

Chad has been a consultative sales professional for the past 14 years working within the transportation, software, and payment processing markets. He started with BillingTree in 2003 and rejoined the company in 2007. He was promoted to Director of Sales in 2009 and is responsible for the sales and top-line revenue.

Dave Yohe
Corporate Marketing

Dave Yohe

With over 20 years experience in marketing and advertising, Dave Yohe heads up BillingTree's corporate marketing team. Responsibilities include Marketing, Lead Generation, Advertising, Tradeshows, Public Relations, Marcom, and Branding. Additional focus is spent on Analyst Relations and New Market Penetration.

Dave joined BillingTree in February 2010 after a multi-year stint with online fraud detection and prevention leader 41st Parameter. Dave has also successfully led marketing teams for Infusionsoft and JDA Software, racking up over 10 years of Software Technology marketing prowess within the Financial Services, Retail, e-commerce and CRM verticals.

Holly Merrill
Product Development

Holly Merrill

Holly Merrill joined the BillingTree team in October 2009 to lead the company's Product Development efforts utilizing her 34 years of payments experience. Product development includes enhancing the traditional payment offerings such as check, electronic check, ACH, credit and debit card to expanding services to include stored value accounts, mobile strategies, cash payments and other innovative payments tools.

Prior to joining BillingTree, Holly served as CEO of Payments Resource One. During her 23 years of service, this clearing house and payments association provided ACH Operator services, ACH Association Services, Check Clearing House, Point-of-Sale Network, audit services as well as nationally recognized payments education and certification programs. During these years, Holly served on NACHA's Board of Directors and Executive Committee and participated in the design of numerous ACH applications and ACH rules amendments. She was also an active member and contributor to the Regional Payments Associations and sat on the Board of the National Check Clearing House.

Jason Rabago
Strategic Alliances

Jason Rabago started working with BillingTree in April of 2009. Jason Brings 8 years of experience to BillingTree working in 3rd party and 1st party collections. Jason got his start as a collector in 1st party working his way through the ranks holding titles such as and Sr. Dialer Administrator, Collections Manager and Director of Operations. Jason was responsible for all aspects of the call center including dialer functions/reporting, legal, revenue and much more.
